I don’t why or how, but for one employee almost all his services has disabled suddendly all the minimum time before appointment. Into my general settings, I set 2 days. But the services changed it to "none" suddendly. So I have some client who are coming this morning and I could see the problem.
We do not have change anything. Can you tell me what’s wrong ?
On the screenshot, this morning are "disabled".
On the second one, we can see for another service saved the main settings "2 days"
As you can see, even I have change to "2 days" this morning. The text is on black (so manually changed). And not grey anymore (so general/automatic setting)
We have never had a case where this setting has changed just like that, without any changes manually done - and this is hardly possible to happen. When the text is black, not grayed out, it means that it was manually changed for that service , and when it is grayed out it is taking the value from Amelia General Settings. In your case, by the screenshots, for the first service the value was manually changed to Disabled , as the text is in black - so changed per service, while the other service on the other screenshot takes the value set for this option from the Amelia Settings , that is 2 days.
The service setting is overriding the general settings, as you can set the value differently per service.
I understand. But I didn’t change it suddenly in the middle of the night for 30 services ! So how can I changed the services to be set by the main menu ?
I tried to create another service called : TEST. When I confirm it. The name changed into « développer sa clairvoyance » - another service I created ! But if I check inside the name was « test ». I changed it again and the name was good this time. Really strange.
I add an emoji in front the name of my service just before this bug. Is it the reason why ?
I noticed the problem come I think from the emoji. Because I just want to create an event with an emoji into the description. But when I saved it. No message appears. But nothing saved. My windows stay open. So i look for and I noticed the problem was the emoji.
And I remember I add it into the name of my service few days ago. And when I tried to create another service « test » the name was another one already created. So I delete all emoji into the title. And maybe it resolve it. Can you confirm it ? Please
It isn't possible that this has changed by itself, if you can reproduce an issue where this changes on some other change in Amelia, let us know so we could check it out. You need to manually change each one of the services - when this is changed per service, the general settings value doesn't apply.
Regarding the emoji in title - what type of an emoji have you added? Could you please send it to me so I could check it out? The field is a text/characters field, so some special images/similar are not supported in that field, so that is probably causing the issue.
