We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    We are looking to be able to book in customers for a playcentre. The customer will have 3 options:

    1.Children Under 3 Years Old

    2.Children Over 3 years old

    3.Booking of both age groups

     

    We need different pricing depending upon ages. We also need to be able to book time/date and have a max number of places available for that time. They need to be able to book multiple places of different ages. Also we may need to have add ons such as coffee & cake etc

    Thank you for your interest in Amelia.

    Unfortunately, there isn't a possibility for creating Services or Events in Amelia with multiple prices with the plugin's current features, unfortunately. Only one price can be set per service/event. 

    You can check if Coupons can help you out to achieve what you need somehow.

    And for Services, there is the Extras feature - that could be used to add cake, coffee, etc. to the Service (customers choose the extras in the booking process).
