My service format is that of an academy, in which recurring monthly rates are offered), not a gym, so my problem is that by offering a package of face-to-face classes (which is a recurring monthly rate), the client decides pay on February 2 or 3 ... and he will not be able to choose the class on day 1 (in which he already attended) but he still had to pay the monthly fee ...
My question is, How can I do so that the client can book a past appointment, that he already attended, but that he had not paid for?
It seems incongruous to book a past appointment, but we are talking about a recurring monthly fee that the client will not always be able to pay before day 1, and it is necessary, otherwise the system seems unfeasible.

There isn't such possibility in Amelia with its current features, unfortunately. Customers can't book a past appointment in Amelia, unfortunately, only the admin can create an appointment in the past in the back-end (no payment required as the back-end bookings have the on-site payment method). The only option for customers to pay later is with the on-site method, when they come to the appointment, offline - in no connection to Amelia's online payment methods.
