We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi,

I can't find how to allow customers to select multiple services at one time.

Example: The customer wants to book eyelashes, leg wax and massage on the same day. Is there a way that they can tick all three services and then book instead of having to sign in and book each service separately?

    Thanks, Andre

Okay, I see that there is currently no option to select (tick) the services you want to book in one booking session, however, it would be very useful to add this feature in a future release.

Another important feature to add in a future release is to allow one or more EXISTING services to be added as Extras, instead of creating a separate service on the Extras tab. It makes no sense the way Extras are at the moment that totally separate extra service has to be created. I mean, what if you have a price change on one service? Then, currently, you would have to go through every single service and all the extras that were created and linked to those services with that Extra just to make a price change. This can be vastly improved by allowing existing Services to be attached as Extras, or to allow multiple services to be selected in one booking session.

    Thanks,

    Andre

    Hello Andre,

There isn't a possibility of booking several services at once in Amelia with the service booking, unfortunately. But this could be achieved with the Packages feature https://wpamelia.com/packages/ In this case you would need to create packages with the services you want in the back-end and the number of appointments customers can book for each service, and customers will be able to book these packages on the front-end.

Another way is with the Extras, but like you mentioned you would need to create the extras for each service, and if these are services in your case, you would need to create them as extras as well. I will add this as a feature request to our list, and you can suggest it here as well. The extras were created and are used mostly as some additions that could be booked on top of the services (not like a service on its own), but I understand your use case.

If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.
