Since Amelia notifications have been moving very slow alongside the employee portal. Is there an update coming please?

    Hi, Michael!

Sorry for the delayed response, we don't work on weekends.

And thank you for choosing Amelia!

    I'm afraid I didn't understand your question 100%.

Amelia has 2 types of notifications: Email and SMS notifications. Neither of them is included in Employee Panel. They are being sent after a particular trigger (when an Appointments is booked or cancelled etc.). We didn't receive any complaints from other users regarding their delivery speed so far.

So please, provide us with more details about the issue.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hello Liza , I have replied to a few people with the same issue and I know how email and notifications work what I am trying to say is that they are not being sent out or they are delayed, please see attached , emails are not landing and in the panel the appointments do not show up, please stop saying nobody experienced this because tickets show otherwise and its frustrating. Is there going to be an update.

So basically i use a plugin named paypal multi plugin which allows me to use woocommerce and amelia at the same time, it means that my employees who provide services are sent money directly to their account and they are notified that they have been booked, however since the update, payments are arriving but amelia does not seem to understand that my employee has been booked therefore it does not show up in the booking panel of that employee . The payment is landing and the customer gets notification saying they have booked an appointment but the employee receives nothing, is it a woocommerce issue, it use to give no problem until update, please try and understand what is happening and can you give suggestions please.

    Hello, Michael!

You're absolutely right, we do get complaints from our customers regarding email notifications, but in 99% it turns out there was something wrong with the settings, or the hosting provider, or that "Allow less secure apps" was not enabled for Gmail SMTP. Therefore, we do not expect any changes in notifications functionality in the coming updates.

I saw you provided access credentials to my colleague. It's the easiest way to see what's going on, instead of wasting your time on tickets.

So we will investigate the issue and get back to you soon.

    Best Regards.

Opening tickets is not a waste of time if your plugin is not working, I have given you and your team my credentials and they have not yet gone into my site and done anything regarding my issue , I use WooCommerce and there are no text notifications coming through or email from Amelia. When I turn off WooCommerce payments I receive everything regarding notification and email which is what I have been trying to explain. you have the credentials now....

    Hi, Michael!

I saw my colleague posted that SiteGround requires authentication under the other ticket on the same issue. There were no further responses from you yet. Please check it so we can proceed with the troubleshooting: https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/ticket/2678059/

We ask our users not to open multiple tickets on the same issue since it brings confusion to our work. Therefore, I will close this ticket and let my colleague Aleksandar take over your inquiry on the other ticket.

    Best Regards.
