1. There is an option for you to enable/disable this in Amelia -> Settings - > General , Show booking slots in client time zone .
2. There isn't such possibility in Amelia with its current features, unfortunately. There is a reminder notification that is sent one day before the appointment at a scheduled time.

For a long time, I have been working with squared appointing systems. It's a good free system, but they have one big problem - they can't work with clients from different countries. And I was looking for a solution to this problem and found you. You have developed a very good system. I really like it. However, there's one issue that won't be suitable for my clients - the lack of an hour reminder before the event. But you have variable follow-up notifications. For concerts and various events, renting out apartments and houses a reminder in one day is more than enough. But for online lessons, consultations, and other one-on-one services, it is very important to have a reminder an hour before the event. Otherwise, my clients are losing business. I have at least 4 clients who are not satisfied with this. Could you tell me are you planning to change this or it's not in your plans?

That feature isn't planned at the moment, so we can't say for sure if and when it could be implemented , unfortunately. We have it in our feature requests list and I will add your vote to it, and you can check out here if there is such request and if there isn't one suggest it.
