We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Color and Font changes on Customize page not working!

Everything is working fine except the Colors & Fonts Tab. I'm a web developer and I installed it on my client's website. When I try to change colors and fonts it throws a 500 error. I know how to code and debug so I traced the error as far as I can and checked the already sent support posts about related problems but I can not solve it.

On network tab there is an api call which returns an error {"message":"error evaluating function `fade` The first argument to fade must be a color index: 12423"} like this. So it made me think that maybe a temporary error with your api and also on the frontend there is also a console error that says amelia-booking.wU6jVgNMQB.css 404 not found so it also made me think that after I submit the changes on Colors & Fonts tab, there is an error while generating the CSS. I also send the URL that you can see the error.

I do not have the hosting credentials from client but I installed the plugin on my development server in which pdo_mysql extension is enabled and I got the same error.

I guess there is an error with your api calls.

I need to solve this error immediately.

    Thanks in advance

Now it is working. I tried to change all the properties at once on Colors & Fonts Tab and it worked. After that I tried to change the settings on at a time on that tab it worked again. I believe there is a bug while generating css code. If this happens again, I will let you know because this website will be in production in a short time.

    Regards!

    Hello Media Pons,

Thank you for your purchase and apologies for replying a bit later, we don't work on weekends.

For some reason it looks like the Amelia CSS is not created in the installation process or something is blocking it . This could be caused by a conflict with another plugin or the theme, or some website configuration,  our developers will look into this . Glad too see you managed to find a solution to the issue, thank you for letting us know. Clicking on Reset and then Save on the Amelia -> Customize page should solve the issue as well.

If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.
