I have a client of mine John Bowers who runs Spa Halcyon here in Albany, NY that is requesting two features he needs in order to make the switch from a competitor called SpotOn to your services:

    1. He needs the system to ask for credit card information but not have the system charge their card.
    2. He needs the system to allow the user to select multiple massage therapists for couples massages.

I would love to talk to someone at TMS Plugins to see if this is possible, otherwise we'll have to try out a different vendor.  Please give me a call when you can, thanks!

    Hi, Adam!

Sorry for the delayed response, we don't work on weekends.

Unfortunately, at the moment we don't provide live support. Therefore, we can discuss these questions here.

    1. In Amelia, payments are made through PayPal, Stripe or WooCommerce integration. You can see more details on our website. However, Amelia doesn't store credit card information, so it can't be auto-filled.

    2. More than 1 Employee can be assigned to one Service in Amelia, but there isn't a possibility for more Employees to be assigned to one Appointment. You can assign multiple Employees if you use Events instead of Services, Customers won't be able to select them (so, they will be working in fixed "teams").

If you have any other questions, we'll gladly help you.
