We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

I currently have my schedule set up for 1/2 hours appointments. I would like for customers to be able to sign up for multiple time slots at the same time instead of having to do one by one. For instance a family of 4 needing 4 - 1/2 hour slots. The way it is right now they need to sign up one by one which is an inconvenience to the customer.

There isn't a possibility of booking multiple time slots at once with the regular service booking, unfortunately. Multiple appointments can be booked with the recurring appointments https://wpamelia.com/recurring-appointments/ or booking packages https://wpamelia.com/packages/
You can check out the Extras option for your use case - you can create several extras for the service, so whenc ustomers book an appointment for that service, they can choose on of the extras as well, and with that add duration/price to the appointment. https://wpamelia.com/services-and-categories/
