Hi, I'm batteling this very strange issue. We're not receiving any email notiffications for Appointment Pending. However, if I use the "Send Test Email" it will get delivered, meaning the SMTP setup is correct and working.
We're also getting the mail notifications correctly if the Appointment Approved notification is active and then approve an appointment in the dashboard. But the problem is we're not seeing anything when the form is submitted, not the customer or admin (have also added more more emails in the "Send all notifications to additional addresses" field).
I figured it out. The reason this happened was that I implemented a similar hook like this to remove “thank you” notification after appointment complete (althoug the code I used was from another thread I can't find now).

Once I removed it, everything is wokring again.
You should really make an option in settings to remove the Thank You notification page.
Hi again, Frode!
Glad you figured it out.
Thank you so much for your feedback! I'll forward this info to our developers.
Best Regards.
