We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hi there, 

    I have Amelia set up on my website, however I've not used the booking system for a year or so. I would like to use the system again at some point, but not for the foreseeable future.

    It's now time to pay for my annual renewal. If I cancel my subscription, will I be able to start the subscription again in future, and still have all my settings in place on my website? Or would I need to start the setup again from scratch?

    Hi Pippa, 

    Apologies for replying a bit later, we don't work on weekends. 

    If you cancel your subscription you won't loose any data nor settings in Amelia, in this case you won't receive new updates of Amelia anymore and you won't have access to our support system. When you decide to use the plugin again in the future, you would need to purchase your new license and activate that one on your website in Amelia -> Settings -> Activation, and you will be able to update the plugin to the newest version available at that point, that is it .
