We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hallo, can i have some info about services?

    for example. in my cases services to sell are not based on time but on single session. (for example coach) . does a way to manage your service as single session performance ?

    and ... i wish to sell on woocommerce a single service session product with option for multile session with time expired.. 

    for ex. 1 session 20$ or 3 session 50$ available for 15 days...

    in this case user should be able to see how many session still available and have track of all booking.. .. also admin of course.

    does its possible with your platform?

    Thank you for your interest in Amelia.

    1. In Amelia, it's mandatory for Service to have a duration (maximum 23h 59m).

    2. If you want to sell multiple sessions with a time limit, then the most suitable solution is the Packages feature. Packages are made to give you the option to create a package of multiple appointments from the same or different services. You can find more details on our website. Please note that Packages are only available for Pro and Developer licenses.

    Your Customers will be able to see how many Appointments from a Package were used/still available if you create a front-end Customer Panel. You can see how it works on our demo site. Please choose Panels -> Customer Panel. 

    Unfortunately, Admin won't be able to see how many Appointments are left from a Package on the back-end. Only booked Appointments will be shown on the Appointments tab.
