Why does the label "Duration" appear (I don't know if it is an imprecise translation) on the index card of one of my employees? I believe I have created it exactly the same as I create the second employee, who is labeled "Available".
Glad to see you managed to find a solution to the issue you had, thank you for letting us know.
The actual string in English in Amelia for that is Away, so the employee status can be Available , Busy and Away, but users translate Amelia to other languages, so Away is translated that way in your language .
If you want, you can change strings using POEDIT or Loco Translate for example. If you want to use POEDIT then this is the instruction:
4. Open the program and open the file from the extracted folder on your computer ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/wpamelia-fr_FR.po.
5. Change the strings you want.
6. Save the translation.
7. Go to ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/ folder and copy these two files - wpamelia-fr_FR.po and wpamelia-fr_FR.mo back to your website to the location ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/.
This is an example for French language, but you will choose yours.

Thank you very much Marija, for providing me with additional information, regardless of whether the problem has been resolved.
I have "Loco Translate" installed on my site and have worked perfectly with many plugins; however, I have noticed, that when I update Amelia, I lose the translations I have done.
I would like to know if the same would happen with POEDIT?
Yes, the same would happen with Poedit as well, unfortunately, as the translation files, like the other files in the plugin, are updated when Amelia is updated, because of the changed made/new strings added.

Yes. I have one more comment. Amelia's translation into Spanish is not completely finished, I would like to know if it is possible for me to provide you with the missing expressions. Besides being a psychotherapist, I'm a screenwriter, so I handle Spanish quite well (not English). I would gladly contribute this information that would be very useful for your Spanish-speaking market.
There is another issue in the translation that I would like to know if it is possible to correct, it is the word "Save" that has two quite different translations in Spanish, but in Amelia it appears with only one.
Save in Spanish can be associated with the action of saving money, that is, paying less for something: "Ahorrar." But it also means storing information (writing to disk): "Salvar". In Amelia, this word appears only with one meaning, so if I correct it to make it look good on the Frontend (which is where it means saving money), it gets corrupted on the backend which is where it means: write to disk.
To be more specific, in the packages that Amelia is handling since this latest version, it says "Save" xx% referring to money, and the translation of this should be: "Ahorre xx%" and not "Guardar" as it currently appears.
Would it be possible to differentiate those two meanings that the word "Save" has in Spanish?
Of course, you can send us the updated translation files (with the missing strings translated ) - .po and .mo files for Spanish, and we can include that in the Amelia update. Just please note that changing string in the process wouldn't be acceptable, so just translating them.
We implemented some change for the Save string in the last update of Amelia, I believe this was requested for another language but it might apply to yours as well, so could you please tell me have you checked and tried translating the newest translation files - and let me know if that helps in your case as well?
I have Amelia version 3.0.2, and in this version, only one "Save" appears, as you can see in the attached image of loco translate. I translated it as "Ahorrar"(Saiving) to give priority to what customers see; however, Amelia's back-end also shows "Ahorra", which tells me that you are not being treated differently. The "Save" of the Amelia front-end, which appears with the packages, meaning spending less money, in Spanish the correct word would be "Ahorra", while the "Save" of the back-end when for example, the data of an employee is modified, meaning an Update, and in that case the correct word could be "Actualizar" or "Salvar", but in no case "Ahorrar".
In short, for the Spanish version, this differentiation has not been made.
Thank you for your clarification, it seems like the change added doesn't apply to these strings. I will forward this so it can be considered for modification, if possible, in one of the following updates of Amelia.

I talked to one of our developers and they confirmed that this is what was implemented in the translations in version 3.0.2 - so the difference was created for Save button and Save discount strings, and the new 'Save' string was added to the translation files . I've just checked and found the other Save string in the .po translation file of Amelia , version 3.0.2 , so there are two Save string now in these files. Could you please check again the translation files, it should be there, it is not added right bellow the other 'Save' string, but it is somewhere at the end of the file.
Many thanks, Marija. Perfect. I found the 2 'Save' and I was able to adjust them. The first 'Save' must be replaced by 'Guardar', as it refers to a 'data update' and that is the correct translation in Spanish. The second 'Save' should be translated as "Ahorra" as it is the one that appears on Amelia's Front-end that indicates spending less money on something. I would appreciate if you could send this comment to the developers, so they can fix these translations in the next version of Amelia.
Glad to see you found it and that it solves the issue, thank you for letting me know. I will forward this so it can be implemented in the following updates of Amelia.

Sorry, I've already resolved the issue.
It was that he had not associated services to the employee. In any case, the Spanish translation of "Duration" is something that does not help much.
