We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
I'm having some issues with my Google Calendar Integration as no appointments are created on my calendar.
I followed this tutoria, step by step :https://wpamelia.com/configuring-google-calendar/
And here is my own configuration :
Developpers Google side :
Amelia / WP side :
I'm wondering what did i missed as there are no error message anywhere. My calendar is just not updated with the appointments.
Maybe it's related to my other issue listed here : https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/ticket/2674190/ as both events (appointment mail notification and Google calendar appointment creation) should trigger at the same time, i guess...
Thanks in advance
I've noticed an error 500 in the console when i book a new appointment on this file : wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=wpamelia_api&call=/bookings/success/12&nocache=1611854563478
The response being:
Slim Application Error
The application could not run because of the following error:
Details
Type: Error Message: Class 'Eluceo\iCal\ParameterBag' not found File: /wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/vendor/eluceo/ical/src/Eluceo/iCal/Property.php Line: 53
Problem solved by re-uploading the plugin. I guess one of the files must have been corrupted during the first upload.
