We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hello I am looking for an option to send reminder Emails at the day the online meeting starts. Actually I do only see the option to send an email one day ahead at a specific time.
My clients need the option to send a reminder 1 hour and 5Minutes before the meeting starts with the login credentials, which is common, if you use online meetings. The missing reminder is a knock out criteria for most of my clients.
Is there an option to accomplish that in amelia?

There isn't a possibility of setting up a reminder before the appointment, on the same day, with Amelia's current built-in features, unfortunately. There is only one reminder notification that could be sent from Amelia and it is the one sent one day before the appointment (the Reminder notification on the Amelia -> Notifications page).
We do have this feature request in our list and I will add your vote to it, but we haven't planned it for now, so at the moment we can't say for sure if and when it could be implemented, unfortunately.
