Link supplied is to a CSV file. I import it, it populates the columns, I click "Create a Table" button. Nothing happens. Nothing. No error, no post back, nothing.
When I try a direct connection to the Google Sheet following the directions in your support forum I get this:
URL from Google spreadsheet publish modal(popup) is not valid for wpDataTables. Please provide a valid URL link that you get from the browser address bar. More info in our documentation on this link.
I have no issues creating a table with that file (see attachment).
I used the second option "Create a table linked to an existing data source", and simply chose the file. If you still can't create the table, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Not only do you not see the buttons to create a new table, there's nothing in wpDataTables settings, either.
Issues like this usually occur when there is a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or another plugin you have installed.
Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred. Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.
I'm sorry to hear you won't be using the plugin after purchase.
Please log into http://store.tms-plugins.com/ with the credentials you received in your e-mail when you purchased the plugin, then navigate to Purchases/wpDataTables, and if you're still within 15 days from purchase you will see the "Request Refund" button.
If you don't see it, and you're using a screen with width lower than 1600px, you will need to scroll through that screen horizontally to see the button.
After you submit a refund request, you will not receive any confirmation emails, but you will see that the button is grayed out:
That means that the refund request is successfully submitted, and that you will receive your refund in 5 - 7 business days.

Won't even give me the option to select the datasource.

Thanks for your help but...
Our theme was custom built for us and matches our print publication. I've disabled all the plugins we can't live without and still nothing.
I was able to get TablePress to work. How do I go about getting a refund?
