    Hello
    I need to know how I can edit the services module. 
    I want to make them a bit bigger.... maybe big like the ones I see in your Amelia medical bookings demo frontend.

    Hello Hugo Jose, 

    This can be probably done only with adding custom CSS. Please try adding this format HTML to the page where you have Amelia :

    <style>
#am-catalog > div:nth-child(1) > div.el-row > div > div > div.am-category-services-thumbs > img {
height: 50px;
width: 50px; 
}
</style>

    I added 50px as an example you can change it.
