Hi - I would like to know if your product can support the following scenario and how:
I have a few customers who could schedule times (i.e. buy time slots) for, say, a quarter. Assume they have bought every Monday 11:00 to 11:30am for the next 3 months. Now I want to give them a reminder one week prior to the end of the quarter letting them know that their current block is about to expire in one week. Furthermore, I want to give them one week of grace period after the expiration date so that that specific time slot would be remain available only for them. If during one week of grace period (i.e. the first week of new quarter), they wouldn’t renew, then I want the time slot become available for everyone.
Can I have this grace period set up using your product?
Amelia has various types of notifications, but unfortunately, there's no option to set them 1 week prior to the deadline. You can find more information about Amelia notifications on our website.

It probably can be done with some custom work, but our developers are very busy at the moment, so they won't be having the time for custom work in the near future.
