We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi - I am requiring users to upload an attachment prior to meeting with them. What is the correct upload path to add so that those attachments get emailed to me with the meeting confirmation or just emailed to me in general? Thank you
Hi Benjamin,
There isn't a possibility of sending the attachments via email notifications with Amelia's current built-in features, unfortunately. This is in our to-do list and it will be added in one of the following updates of Amelia.
The attachments are added to the Uploads folder on your WP, and you can add a path for this to the field in Amelia -> Setitngs -> General, if you want them to be saved somewhere else on your server.
If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help.
Thank you - what would the path code look like? Is there a way to save the attachment into google drive or something or just on the WP backend? Thanks
You are welcome, Benjamin . It should be a direct full path to the folder on your server, so there isn't a possibility of adding it to a Google drive, as it needs to be a folder on your server/WP back-end.
So example
../wp-content/uploads depending on the folder you want the attachments to be saved to and the whole path to your WP back-end
If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.
