Hello,
My questions are:
can I customize the front of the calendar so that the calendar appears directly and then the first and last name fields?
And on the other hand, can you allow a reservation request when there is already another request currently?
And can I define the colors for the states?
Can the legends be shown indicating what each color means?
I am awaiting your response. Thank you.
Hello, Erik!
Thank you for your interest in Amelia.
1. Can I customize the front of the calendar so that the calendar appears directly and then the first and last name fields? - If you want to hide some fields from the booking form, it can be done with a custom CSS which we can provide you with. But to be sure we have to know how exactly you want to modify it.
2. And on the other hand, can you allow a reservation request when there is already another request currently? - If it's the same Service and the same Employee who performs it, then you'll have to make it a Group Service in order to allow more than 1 booking per time slot. For that, the Maximum Capacity has to be set (you can find this setting in New Service -> Service Details).
3. And can I define the colors for the states? - I'm sorry but I didn't understand this question 100%. Could you please explain where and how you want them to be displayed?
4. Can the legends be shown indicating what each color means? - Please clarify this part as well.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
