We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hello, I have just purchased this plugin and I'm unsure if I should persist with it or refund. Is there a FAQs area that could help me from needing to ask simple function questions like I am going to below?

    I am just 1 person offering appointments just for myself a few days per week.

    1:   If I want to have just 3 or 4 appointment options per day (9am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm) how do I make just those times appear?

    2:   Is it possible to just have a start time and not an end time.... my appointments vary and don't have a set end time?

    Thanks

    Hello Daniel,

    Thank you for your purchase.

    You will find instructions for setting up anything in Amelia in our documentation  https://wpamelia.com/documentation/ and you can find the FAQ section here https://wpamelia.com/faq/

    1. The available time slots for booking are configured by the employees' work hours, so depending on the service duration and the employees' work hours you would have the time slots available for booking.

    2. There isn't a possibility to set that with Amelia's current built-in features, unfortunately.

    There is one script for that, if you want to try it out, but we can't guarantee if and how it will work, unfortunately, as this isn't an option in the plugin itself

    <script>setInterval(function () {
      var elements = document.getElementsByClassName('el-radio-button__orig-radio');
      var appointment_times = document.getElementsByClassName('el-radio-button__inner');
      for (var i = 0; i < elements.length; i++) {
        appointment_times[i].innerHTML = elements[i].value;
      }
    }, 1000)</script>

    If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help.
