Confirmed appointment email not sending to clients who book in. I have tested it and it says 'error - email has not been sent'.
We purchased wpstarterpack.com and Amelia booking plugin is one of its free plugins.
We did not receive any purchase code for it.
Please help. We need this working soon...

I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but you seem to have been a victim of fraud.
If you received a full plugin from wpstarterpack.com that website is in direct violation of our Terms & Conditions, and what they sold you definitely doesn't include a legal copy of Amelia. Looking at the list of plugins from their website, they are violating a lot of premium plugin's T&C. Gravity Forms, Bookly Pro, Ultimate Membership PRO, Formidable Forms, Learndash (all those plugins where it says you're saving $XX) are all premium plugins, which are only being sold through their website, or a licensed reseller market (like CodeCanyon). Unfortunately, you do not have a valid copy of anything that's included in wpstarterpack's Package, and we will not be able to provide support for you.
My advice is to request a refund and purchase all these themes and plugins legally. Please note that if you choose not to and continue using all this software, after us pointing out that this is a fraud, you may also be held accountable for it. Typically, claiming that you did not know of the existence of fraudulent behavior does not excuse you from using the software illegally.
We have reported this issue to our management, who will pursue this further legally.
