We are property builders and want to make it easy for customers to book in appointments from the website. We offer a few services such as
1. Free consultation 2. Display home tour and 3. Visit the site.
We would have a few of these services available through different time-slots of the week. I've tried using your demo and pretty much happy with the whole experience but wanted to confirm if...
1. We can link Amelia to Google/ Outlook calendar. So the staff knows what time they are booked.
2. Have the option to confirm or reschedule the meeting when we receive a request not only from the website dashboard but also from Outlook or an app.

Well unfortunately this is not possible.
It is possible to reschedule the appointment through our plugin, but from other sources this is not possible.
