My current workflow is to provide a Calendly link, and my clients schedule a Zoom-based Service for a customer, and they get emailed the Zoom appointment with a URL that is unique to them - not using my Zoom personal room, but generating a new meeting each time. How would I do this with Amelia? From what I see the Zoom placeholders you have to send can only be set to the static service provider's zoom room, not actually use Zoom via a webhook to schedule a new meeting?
It seems Amelia can put the Zoom link for a service into the confirmation email. But I don't want it to be the same Zoom link every time. Right now I have calendly hand off to Zoom and create a new Zoom meeting, and people get sent the unique to them info. Is there a way to use a webhook or preference change in Amelia to not just insert the same Zoom room via shortcode, but instead create a particular Zoom meeting as in using Zoom's schedule function.

Hi, Andrew!
Thank you for your interest in Amelia.
I'm afraid I didn't understand the question 100%. Could you please clarify it?
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hello, Andrew!
Thank you for the clarification.
If it's a group appointment, all Customers will receive the same Zoom join link and Employee will receive a different Zoom Host link.
If it's an individual appointment (just one customer can book it), then for each appointment Customers will receive different Zoom Join Links.
If you don't want to send those links in notifications, you can skip adding placeholders for Zoom links and just add those through WebHooks.
Hope I answered your question.
