We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

I need to know if the management of the time zone of the country where the client is located is still working despite the fact that a cache plugin (WP Rocket) is working on my site. I ask the question because I am learning that redirect plugins based on IP addresses do not work when a cache plugin is activated.

I would like you to escalate this concern to the development team since they can learn in more detail the implications that the use of the cache plugin has for Amelia.

    Best regards,

    Melvin Brea

    Hello Melvin,

I asked one of our developers regarding this matter - caching can maybe affect this, only if the settings has an old version  (so if the page is cached and with that the JS value that is on the page), but if this is the case there isn't anything that could be done regarding this from Amelia's side.

Amelia shows the available time slots in UTC, and they are then shown in their own timezone (local machine/browser timezone) to the customer.

For your use case you can test this out and see if there is a possibility for that with the caching plugin you have.

If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help.
