Hi guys! First, let me congratulate your team for the excellent work on developing Amelia plug-in. It looks awesome so far!

I'm looking forward to purchase Amelia Basic plan for one of my clients which is a travel & exchange agency that has 3 employees.

Does the Basic plan allow me to integrate different Google Calendar accounts for each employee? Or it allows only one account?

    Thank you in advance

    Hi Henry,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin and thank you for your nice words, they mean a lot to us!smile.png

In our plugin each employee can be connected to the separate Google account which means separate calendars. Just so you know at the moment employees cannot connect via a front-end employee panel because there is a restriction with Redirect URI option so admin needs to connect employee's calendars but we plan to work on this limitation in the future.

Each of our plans allow to integrate different Google Accounts to each employee.

    Best regards.

    Hi Isidora,

Thanks for you quick response. Is good to know we can connect each employee's Google Calendar account.

I have only one more doubt: does that employee calendar integration automatically display their other scheduled appointments as busy slots on the website?

    Hi Henry,

We have option "Remove Google Calendar busy slots" in our Integration Settings. If you enable this option all events created in Google calendar with Busy status will automatically remove those slots from Amelia booking form to disable double booking. As for the appointments created in Amelia, once you sync the Employee with Google calendar, all appointments created from that point will be added to Google calendar but if you had appointments in Amelia created before you've connected employee with Google calendar those appointments will not be added to Google calendar (just the ones created after the synchronisation).

    Best regards.
