I bought the product a few years ago and now I cannot use buttons don't work, cannot create tables etc,,,,,,, it have written multiple email no answer what do I need to do to get it back working ? bad support
Sorry to hear you're having issues with the plugin, but we do not see any emails coming from [email protected].
Where did you send your questions to?
Also, the plugin is working fine, so it may be a conflict with some other plugin, or the theme you have installed. Can you please provide us with a proof of purchase (invoice), and then provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
