The available time slots are configured by the employees' work hours, not the company work hours in Amelia -> Settings, so please check if you have configured your employees' work hours as you wish to have availability for booking on the front-end.
Also, please note that the timezone you set in WordPress General Settings is applied to Amelia, so please check if you have chosen your City timezone there.
Please help me. The plugin is not working properly. The timetables do not work. The opening hours are limited to 17:00.
