Hi,
I am wondering if there is a way to create a coupon for a package or be able to apply a coupon to a package?
Also on the user backend if a user cancels a lesson does the system let the user know they have a banked lesson?
I know packages does keep track of their lessons but I'm wondering about single services.

There isn't a possibility of creating/applying coupons on packages, unfortunately.
When customers cancel an appointment, there isn't a possibility of refunding the amount they paid for the appointment automatically from within Amelia , the refunds need to be processed manually in the payment tool you have enabled in Amelia. There isn't a possibility for the customer to use that payment for another appointment, if that is what you are referring to. You can only send them a coupon on 100% if you want (if you don't refund the payment), so they can use it for their next booking instead of that appointment that was cancelled.
