We offer a number of individual and group classes. On group classes, we need to be able to show the number of registrants (like 3 of 4) to users, as well as a note that if 4 don't show up, the class cannot hold. Does your plugin do this? Do you have a demo that shows this in action?
Yes, you can set the minimum number of registrants for the Service and it will be shown on the booking page. Also, you can add a description to explain that the Service requires minimum Capacity.
You can check this demo. For example, if you go to Categories -> Cardio -> Aerobic, you will see that the Capacity is 5-16 attendees.
However, the number of registrants who already booked their place won't be shown to other Customers.
The status of the Service will remain "Pending" until the minimum number of bookings is complete. After that, the Service will get "Approved" status. You can send your Customers email or SMS notifications after that to confirm that the Appointment will happen. You can see more information about notifications on our website.
You can also set the maximum number of attendees. After the maximum number of registrants is complete, the Service will become unavailable for further booking.
I'm not sure that I understood what you meant by "a note that if 4 don't show up, the class cannot hold", it would be really kind of you to clarify, so I can answer this part as well.
That's awesome. Thank you. So I think we want to use this set up here: https://sports.wpamelia.com/training-categories/ However, I don't see how to use it. I pick a date and a time and then nothing happens. There is no way for me to "checkout". The CTA button just says Next Service, which is very confusing. Once they pick their class date and time, how does the user checkout and pay? See attached.
Another question. The population that we serve don't always have an email. They all do have cell phones. Do we have to use the email field when booking and paying for classes, or can we just use the cell phone field and leave the email field optional?

In Amelia, we have this feature that allows to sell packages of multiple appointments of the same or different Services (available for Pro and Developer license). You can see more information here.
You can notice that Packages are indicated by the label "Package" in the picture below. If you want to test the usual Service booking, please choose any Service without this label. For example, "Vinyasa Yoga".

You can disable email as a mandatory field and enable phone number in General Settings. Your Customers will still see the email field while booking but they won't have to fill it. Please check the attached picture.
Excellent. You have answered all my questions really well. It speaks well to your support also. We will be purchasing your plugin. Really appreciate the way you have made my life easier by being detailed oriented and answering each thing I asked. Have as beautiful a day as you are a person. :-)
