I am trying to use the booking plug-in but First Name, Last Name, E-mail and phone are disabled and it doesn't let the clients enter any information.

I noticed that the amelia plug-in is updated a few days ago. So I deactivated the amelia plug-in and activated it again on WordPress. Now it works ok. I am not sure if it is something related to upgrading but I tried it and it worked.

Customers' information (name,email and phone) will be pre-filled in the Amelia booking form and not editable if they are booking while logged in to WordPress or the Amelia Customer panel. So, it is probably the case that you were doing test appointments while logged in to WP so you saw the fields pre-filled with your WP User's information. Because of this, and to avoid other permissions issues for this admin user, you should test bookings while logged out from WP or in an incognito mode.

I asked some other colleagues to try it on their own computer and they experienced the same problem.
Even the interface was different and not so user-friendly, it all solved when I deactivated the amelia plug-in and re-activated it again. Now it works quite well.
