Unfortunately looking at your use case I assume that our plugin will not fit your needs since we do not have conditional booking , for example, we do not have option to choose Cat and then to display Follow up or Find consultation like from your image below.

As for the number of rooms:

Rooms for this case must be the location, and employee can work on multiple locations, but can only provide service in one room at the same time.

Unfortunately we do not have phone, all questions are done through this ticketing system.

You can create 2 categories , first one dogs, and second one cats. 
So this will be covered.

Sorry to disappoint you but unfortunately this is not possible to achieve like this. Like I mentioned below we do not have the option to conditionally set the room availability and also for the whole booking process for the customer.

From our experience we did not find any other plugin that can do this so we can share it with you.

We do have in plan to add this option for some future releases but since there are some more requested features right now I can not tell you precisely when we will start on this case.
