We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Not sure if someone in Sales or Engineering can help me. We use wpDataTables and the Gravity Form integration a lot to collect data via form and then display inputs via table. However a project manager has asked me to use it in a new way. For every new project, there would be an templated table, mostly project checklist steps in one column and some radio buttons for yes/no/n-a and a few checkboxes for applicable stages. Is there another product TMS provides better suited for this or a wpDataTable add on? I don't see a method of radio buttons, checkboxes for the column field types

I think I found something with Report Builder add on for adding variables to a table?? I'll purchase and test

    1. variable name = project_nbr = 0001
    2. variable name = project_mgr = Bart Simpson
    3. variable name = project_name = Make Coffee

    Editable Table from a template

ID  Task                         Status           Breakfast Lunch Dinner

    • 1   Clean Counter         Done             X                X         X
    • 2   Grind Coffee           Not Done      X
    • 3   Make Coffee           Not Done      X
    • 4   Clean Counter        Not Done      X                X          X

    Hello Paul

    Thank you for your purchase.

wpDataTables doesn't have any checkboxes as editor types, only as filtering options, so it may be the only way to do it with Report Builder.

Please let me know if this works, and if it does I'd greatly appreciate sharing that with me, so I can see how it works.

    Kind Regards,
