We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Our usecase for Amelia is to allow to book their COVID testing timeslot.  Other than the location, there is not much more needed as there is only one Dr. per site, and one service, "covid testing".  The only real variable here is which location they want to goto.  Is there a way to bypass the other require selections?  I know I can use the service shortcode for the Covid test, but I dont see a way of letting the app just take "next available" for the employee.

    Hello Jose Horta,

    Thank you for your purchase.

    You can hide the employee selection on the front-end with adding custom CSS, if that could help out, as choosing an employee is not mandatory, but the Any employee option is set by default.

    Please try adding this format HTML to the page where you have your Amelia shortcode to hide the employee selection:

    <style>
    .el-form-item.am-select-employee-option {display:none;}
    </style>

    and let me know if it helped.

    Ok, that works for the booking view.  How about when the booking view is opened from the catalog view?  Also, is there a way to allow the customer to search by location?  For the use case of COVID testing, this particular clinic has many locations that a person can choose from.  I think your map feature is great, but it would be great to expose that view as a way for the customer to search locations BY the location itself.  Understanding that may be a feature request.

    Hello Jose Horta,

    The same applies for the Catalog view, if it doesn't work please send me the page where you have the Amelia booking form and I will help out with the CSS for hiding the employee there.

    Besides the Location selection option like the service/employee are chosen in the booking form, there isn't another possibility for customers to search for location with Amelia's current features, unfortunately. You can suggest that as a feature request here

    If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.
