I have been trying to integrate ZOOM into Amelia with no luck so far.
I created JWT app, connected the API and secret key, added ZOOM user to Amelia employee, but after setting a meeting, nothing is sent to ZOOM and the ZOOM link attached to the emails (employee + client) notification is blank.

I created JWT app, connected the API and secret key, added ZOOM user to Amelia employee, but after setting a meeting, nothing is sent to ZOOM and the ZOOM link attached to the emails (employee + client) notification is blank.
How can it be solve?

Thank you for your purchase.
Did you enable Zoom in Service/Settings? You need to edit the service, and in its Settings tab go to Integrations and enable Zoom.
Also, make sure you added %zoom_join_url% placeholder to the customer's email, and %zoom_host_url% to the employee's email template.
