At the moment, Outlook and Google Calendar connection can't be achieved through the front-end employee panel, since it requires a dynamic link, which can't be forwarded through the panel.
Our developers will work on that in the future, but at the moment you can only connect your employees to their calendar through back-end.
Could you please confirm, if Amelia employee has to be conntected to WP user to activate the Outlook connection? Or it could be done with non connected WP user (non-Amelia user) logged on to the back-end for different Amelia's employee?
I connected Outlook with Amelia, but I ran into another problem. The employee calendar won't load on front-page (please look at the attached photo; there's only a rolling hourglass).
What you see is a blank select-box, and it should not be like that. Which version of Amelia do you have installed? Please update the plugin to v3.0.2, and the issue should be resolved. If it isn't please provide me a temporary wp-admin user, so I can log in, and take a look.
Please note that this is a public ticket, so make sure to enable the PRIVATE response.
Please go to Amelia Settings/Integrations/Outlook Calendar, and make sure "Remove Outlook Calendar Busy Slots" is enabled. Also, in "Maximum number of events returned" select the highest value (999). Test again, and let me know if that works.
Unfortunately, I cannot provide you log-in credentials for our Azure portal (we are a law firm, we are bound by special legal restrictions as a legal entity).
However, we can show you the outlook from inside via Teamviewer. As attachment are our data to connect.
If it was possible, we could connect at any time convenient for you.
On our site, we also asked Microsoft support for help.
Unfortunately, we do not provide live support, so TeamViewer, Skype, Zoom, etc. cannot be used.
Please check out the video we've added a couple of days ago on our documentation. We've covered the Outlook integration from start to end, so it should help you out with this.
Dear Support Team
I am trying to set up Integration of Amelia with Outlook Calendar.
What have I done until now:
- Integration with Outlook was achieved (I used Clinet ID and Value of Client ID),
- Employee Panel - achieved (with all options enabled) but when user logs into Employee Panel, the Outlook button is not available.
Is there something that I am not seeing/missing?
(Additional Information: Amelia Employee is not connected to WP users; Employee email is in the domain attached via Integration settings).
Than you in advance for any suggestions/tips.
Best Regards,
Anna

Hello Anna
The employee doesn't have to be connected to the WP user in order for the integration to work.

Hallo Aleksandr,

What could be causing this?
Thank you for your support so far,
