We are looking for an event and calender plugin in WP. We have already choosen EventOn and are disappointed. SOme question to your amelia product before we like to buy: 1. is there a limit in time for an event in the future (Example: can we create an event in 3. Jan. 2024 and show it?)
2. how long is the possible text for an event. in you demo are only very short textes.
3. is it possible to mix photo an text in the event discription?

I would like to figure out, what the difference ist between the BASIC and PRO. The only thing visible to me is "packages and services". Are there more differences?

The time-slot was still available. I received the message (like) you booked this time already, when I tried to find out, what happens if I book it again? After three attempts of booking several slots, I was offered only the already booked slots, - nothing else (on one day 28.1). This seems to be confusing. Question: is the test-frontend not running perfect OR is there a bug?
Yes, regarding features the only difference is Packages that are available in Pro and Dev licenses but is not available in Basic and in a number of domains. The basic license is for one domain and Pro can be installed on 3 domains.
The demo website is resetting each hour, this might be the reason. If you try to book the same time slot the amelia will return that the slot has already been booked. You can record this if you see any bug.

Thanks for your interest.
1. No, no limit for when your event will take place.
2. Do you mean event name or event description? The event name can be 255 characters long and the description can be up to 6500 characters long.
3. No, you can upload images to the event gallery, but in the event description, you can not put images.
4. Yes, currently we do not have Google sync for events, just for appointments. Currently, I do not have ETA for this feature.

Sorry for the late reply we do not work on weekends.
Unfortunately, we do not have a duplicate option for events, but we plan to add this option in the near future.
