We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello, I have a question on the calendar view (https://sports.wpamelia.com/find-classes/). The classes are shown in standard time, but in the dropdown filter it’s shown in military time. This doesn’t seem to be customer-friendly. Can this be fixed within the settings?
I have another question. I see that you can set special days on an employee level, why isn’t this an option for the store hours. If we have a staff meeting or need to close during regular hours for a special need, each employee needs to add this to their profile. That’s very inconvenient. What is the easiest way that we can block off specific times that affect the availability for all employees without affecting our regular hours? Let's say that next Tuesday we will be opening two hours later because of a staff meeting. If we change the store hours, then all of the consequent Tuesdays are affected, and customers won't be able to book on that time, even if it's our regular time. Please advise, special day options really need to be a part of the working hours settings.
I actually only need one employee, we are looking to rent rooms and based on the limitations of this plugin, only one room can be rented at a time...so I needed to create 5 other employees to accommodate our 5 other rooms. There should be an option to allow an employee to take on more than one appointment.
Hi Joy,
Thank you for your inquire.
Sorry for late response, we are not working on weekends.

At the moment no, but we will fix this for some future updates.

At the moment for this case the best option is to use Google calendar busy slots and in this case the time slots in Amelia will not be able to be booked.
The only thing here is that each employee must add this busy slot in their Google calendar.
More information on this link.
Kind Regards,
