Hi, is there any way to include custom fields and file uploads that a customer uploads in the email that goes out to employees automatically from the system?
Also can you please explain how the time zone feature works where it shows the time available for an appointment in the time zone of the customer? after the customer books and adds it to their calendar is it in their time zone that it's added?
Not all custom fields can be included in the emails. You can see them in the list when you click on </>Email Placeholders in top right above the template.
The attachment field is not yet available for emails, but we will add that in our next update, or the one after that.
Amelia doesn't have any time zone settings, it inherits the time zone from WordPress. If your time zone is in UTC+/- format, please change it by selecting the city near you. Also, please check if you enabled "Show bookings in customer's time zone" in Amelia's General settings.
If you are in a different time zone than your WordPress site is, and you've enabled this option, the times on front-end will show available time slots in your time zone, which will be the time you set in back-end +/- the time difference (depending on where you are in regard to the time zone set in WordPress' General settings).
So, if users add the appointment to their calendar, it will be added in their time zone.
Thank you that is big help. Can you help me with how to put custom text field data that was added to the booking to the automatic email that is sent out?
My custom field is a text field I just need to pass the info on to the employees.

Hi again George
Just click on the button in the top right, and hover over your custom fields. You'll see in the tooltip what those custom fields are:
Click on the placeholder, and it will be copied to the clipboard. Then paste it in the Notification template, and it will be used for notifications.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
