Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a wonderful holiday weekend!
If we have for example a manager in our team for whom we wish to give whole access to the backend that to configure employees' schedules, appointments and so on, but at the same time for the other our general employees we wish to turn off all these features that they may only view their calendar and appointments - is it somehow possible to do like that? At least in the "Role Settings" of Amelia backend I do not see such opportunity to switch for various employees different features.
Hi, Markus!
Sorry for the delayed reply, we don't work on weekends.
Thank you for your interest in Amelia!
Amelia has 3 different roles: Admin, Manager and Employee.
Employee can access their profile from the back-end or from the front-end (for that you'll have to create a front-end Employee Panel). In both cases, Employee can see only their own Appointments and Calendar. Only Admin and Manager can see all the Employees, their Appointments, finances, etc.
However, you can give permission to your Employees to configure their schedule and manage their Appointments, but even then they won't be able to see other employees' bookings.
You can see more information about Role settings on our website.
If you have any further questions, we will be happy to help.
