Thank you for your purchase and apologies for replying a bit later, we don't work on weekends.
Could you please write your tickets in English, as we are afraid something will get lost in translation and we won't be able to help out? Thank you!
If you create a WordPress user for this employee (choose the Create new for the WP user option) then they will get the email for setting up a password from WP and this can't be managed from Amelia's side, this is a WP email when a user is created. For the notification sent from Amelia's side you can disable it - un-check this option and the employee won't get the email.
Problem 2 - there is an issue with saving passwords when employees are created, unfortunately, it is forwarded to our developers so they can check it out and hopefully fix soon . Sorry for any inconveniences this have caused. So, these employees can set a WP user password for them - when they are a WP user they can login to the panel with the WP credentials as well, or you can edit the employee in the back-end and add them password.
If you have any other questions or issues feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.
Hello, The main difficulty I encounter is the following: I want to create an employee access by giving only an access by amélia. When I do the necessary in the interface, the employee receives an email with his username (email) and password. When he tries to connect, it does not work and the message "incorrect email or password". Where does the problem come from ?
This is the issue I mentioned in my previous reply - unfortunately, the password isn't saved for the employee when you create it , but you need to set it again (so edit the employee, add the password again and save that) - then they should be able to login to the panel with their email/password. Please let me know if this helped. This issue is forwarded to our developers, and hopefully it will be resolved as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconveniences this have caused.
