Few questions - Package cancel, package location

    Dear WPAmelia,

I played a lot with the demo on your site and it is great I have to say. At the moment I have 5 questions:

    1. If a customer cancels an appointment that is from a package, he doesn't get refunded the booking into the package again. Unless the admin deletes the cancelled reservation. Is there a way to auto delete the reservation so it the customer gets a 'booking refund'. Or maybe that a cancelled reservation does give the customer a booking refund also. (<- All regarding packages)

    2. Is there a way to show packages for a location only by shortcode? Like I only want a package for location A. And different packages for location B. Just like a service works right now. Also at your site there is no documentation about shortcodes regarding packages.

    3. At the moment you can create a package that will give you for example: 10 yoga lessons, 10 climbing lessons and 10 coaching lessons. So 30 bookings in total. Will it be possible in the feature that you can make the bookings with a maximum of 10 but the customer can choose which service he will book from? Like that he can book 2 Yoga, 6 climbing and the remaining for 2 coaching lessons?

    4. Will it be possible to sort by location in the appointments list on the backend. Same goes for finances.

    5. How will you handle specific service extra's in the packages? It looks now like I need to add an extra service to the package for using the sauna long with a coaching session as example.

Thanks for your time! Have a nice weekend.

    Greetings,

    Paul

    Hi Paul,
    Thank you for your inquire.

Sorry for late response, we are not working on weekends.

    1.

Unfortunately no, if the payment is online, you will need to manually refund the money by login to PayPal , for example if you choose that provider for online payments.

    2.

Yes, you can only show packages that you want for a specific location (attachment) using our shortcodes.

    3.

For the future probably yes, since the packages are our latest features we will definitely consider adding more options.

    4.

At the moment this is not possible. You can only sort by employees, customer, services and price

    5.

Unfortunately we do not have extras for the packages at the moment.

    Kind Regards,

    Miloš Jovanović

    Thanks for your reply Bogdan.

    Regarding point 1:

If a user cancel an appointment made from a package it deducs 1 ticket for the packages (eg. 9 bookings remaining). However when he cancels his appointment, the ticket doesn't go back to his packages (back to 10 bookings remaining) .(It has nothing to do with paypal or something like that).

Looking forward to buy this plugin when my site is ready. It already fits me needs!

    HI Paul,

Unfortunately the only way to get that appointment if it is canceled is to reschedule it, and in that case they will get that 1 service ( so they will have it 10 in total again).
