My current payment providers are Redsys or Global Payment, but I see there is no integration, so I will have to use Woocommerce. The problem with Woocommerce is that the customer goes through more steps than necessary.
1) Can't they be sent directly to the Checkout page instead of the cart page to save the customer at least one step?
2) Is it not possible that in the My account section the customer has the reservations he/she has made and can also manage them? That is to say that the customer does not have to be accessing two different sites, one for purchases in the store and one for reservations. Have everything in the same section and with the same user.
3) The services that are generated do not have any unique URL, right?
4) Why doesn't a modal window open when I click on a day of the calendar (admin site)?
5) My client has services with a duration of 15 minutes, 35 minutes, etc, why can't I put that as service duration, lol?
6) In the test emails it does not send the ics of the calendar? I have sent a test email it does not attach the ics of the calendar, why? screenshot: https://prnt.sc/xfn1e6
7) I need to register to see the SMS prices?
8) In the main page of Amelia, it does not say that the plugin is translated, but it is in my language Spanish.
Unfortunately no, if you are using WooCommerce, the client will be taken to the cart page and then on checkout page, that is how the Woo works, and we can not change that unfortunately.
2.
On our Customer panel it is only possible to view the appointments or events, but there is no option to display the payments.
3.
Yes, the services does not have the unique URL.
4.
This is by design, if you want to add appointment through back-end you must click on the + button to add new one.
5.
This is connected with the global settings in our plugin, probably on demo sites the time slot step duration is set to be for example 30min, but you can set that to be 5 minutes then you will be able to create services that are 15min or 35min long
6.
For test mail ics will not be displayed, but if you book a real appointment, the ics will be displayed in the notification.
7.
Yes but I can provide you the price, just tell me for which country do you want to use.
8.
We do have Spanish translation, one of our customers did that, so you just need to set the language in main WordPress settings to be Spanish.
1) Yes, it can be done, you can see it in this demo https://getbooked.io/booked-woocommerce/. what happens that this plugin does not work for me because it is not service oriented. So please tell your developer.
Thank you very much for the support, I hope you can implement that for Woocommerce, save the customer a step to complete the purchase, it's a big leap.
