A situation is occurring that I believe it's Amelia's mistake.
The only employee defined for tests only has hours on Wednesdays and Frieday from 1 pm to 9 pm local time (Venezuela).
I make an appointment for Friday, January 29 at 4 pm. Until then all well. Then I tried the re-scheduler for the same day but at 3 pm (see attachment 1), however, Amelia rescheduled it for 11 am (see attachment 2).
I don't have schedules available in the mornings, and all the requests I have made from Caracas Venezuela, with the same IP.
You can think that at that time Amelia changed the time zone. It is very strange to me, that the time of 3 pm, which was where the appointment was moved, is still available to reserve (see attachment 3), but if an appointment is set for that time Amelia responds that it cannot ( sorry but I did not take a screenshot of that screen).
Then, re-scheduler the appointment again to 4 pm (see attachment 4), but this time it does it well (see attachment 5).
Why did Amelia respond to the time change first in the wrong way (Amelia put an appointment at 11 o'clock that it was asked to put at 3 pm and I don't even have a schedule for that time), but when I put the appointment back at 4 o'clock it did it right?
The time zone with which I am working at both ends is Venezuela (-4 GMT) and it is very strange to me that when I change the time from 4 pm to 3 pm, it sets it to 11 am, and when I return it to placing at 4 pm does it at the correct time.
Please, review this case, and if you need any additional information, let me know that I will gladly do it.
I'm going to add a new message right away, to send you the fifth attachment.
Could you please tell me what is the timezone set in your WP General Settings? Is your local machine/browser with the same timezone setting? Also, please check if you maybe had VPN enabled when doing these tests.
I can't reproduce this on our testing website, so please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look . We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

This message is only to send you the fifth attachment that I refer to in the previous message.
Hello Melvin,

For all purposes, I work with the local time of my country (Venezuela) -4 UTC, as you will see in the attached images.
I'm going to open a new ticket to put in there the access credentials with the administrator profile that I created for the Amelia support team.
You can create the appointments without problem because Amelia's installation is not live yet.
The URL to create the appointments is: https://melvinbrea.com/pide-cita-online/
The customer panel is: https://melvinbrea.com/panel-de-citas-test/
Hello Melvin,
Apologies for replying a bit later, we don't work on weekends.
Thank you, I will get back to you then regarding this matter in the other ticket.
