Not to the entire table. You can add custom classes to individual columns, or rows and cells (using Advanced Filtering), but not the entire table.
What would you like to modify?

I am adapting the aqua theme and I wanted to be able to reuse some bootstrap classes dedicated to tables, like table-striped. This would allow me to write a lot less css.
But I can still do what I want by writing some css so this is not a real issue.

We'll work on the plugin, so you'll be able to adapt skins to individual tables, adapt custom font and colors to individual tables, and similar features.
Our developers will work on that, but I can't say when it will be included in the plugin.
