A question about the payment process please.
I would like to know when the customer is debited from his account, is it when the customer's appointment is confirmed? How is the payment processed for a pending appointment?
How does the payment process work when cancelling an appointment? Does it reimburse the customer?

Customers are debited when they book an appointment in Amelia - in the booking process they need to pay if you enable one of the online payment methods (PayPal , Stripe) and that is the same for both Approved and Pending appointments. There isn't a possibility of managing payments with the change of the status of the appointment in Amelia - so a pending appointment is paid also in the booking process , the same as the approved one. If the appointment is cancelled in Amelia, there isn't a possibility for a refund to be processed automatically. The refund needs to be processed in the payment methods manually.
