    Dear Sir/Madam

I am very interested about buying Amelia for a COVID-19 test booking system which I will design using WordPress and WooCommerce.

Before I buy it, could you confirm two things:

    1. Users will only appear on the calendar ONLY AFTER they have paid through Stripe or PayPal.

    2. Is it possible for users to sign a PDF consent form BEFORE they book an appointment on the calendar and pay.

    With Kind Regards,

    Julius Goddard

    Hi, Julius!

Thank you for your interest in Amelia.

    1. Users will only appear on the calendar ONLY AFTER they have paid through Stripe or PayPal. - Yes, for completing the booking they will have to pay if you disable the "on-site" payment method.
    2. Is it possible for users to sign a PDF consent form BEFORE they book an appointment on the calendar and pay. - Unfortunately, no. Your clients will be able to receive a PDF document if you attach this document to a booking form through Custom fields (you can see more details here). But they won't be able to attach a signed one.

If you have any further questions, we will be happy to help.

    Hi Liza,

Thanks very much for your reply.

As an alternative for attaching a PDF, would it be possible for clients to tick a box to say they have read a set of terms and conditions?

    Thanks,

    Julius

    Julius,

You're welcome. Glad to be of service.

If a physical signature isn't mandatory and a checkbox is enough, then you can either attach a PDF with a checkbox or insert a link with your Terms and Conditions like in the example below:

To add a link to Terms & Conditions, you need to add the "Text Content" custom field, like this:

Then, you need to add a mandatory checkbox custom field, where they have to agree with the terms and conditions when they book:

    I hope that helps.

    Best Regards.
