When we activate plugin, getting heavy load to server via cache
Also, dates are not showing up correctly.
Our developer installed and said not sure of the reason, first time this has happened.

Unfortunately, the issue you're having with the date format will be present until you use one of WordPress' default formats.
So, you would need to use one of these:

As for cache, I'm not sure what's going on here. What caching plugin do you use?

Thanks for the assistance with changing date. We are using Wp Rocket. As soon as we activate Amelia we within 12 hours we get 50-60GB of cache on our server, causing heavy load.
That sounds pretty extreme.
How many appointments do you have booked within those 12 hours?

How do i resolve?

We have never experienced this issue in over 2 years Amelia has been used.
If you have no appointments created, Amelia's database tables will not grow, and even if they grow, they can't reach 50GB in 12 hours.
Can you reach out to your hosting provider, and have them investigate this? Let me know what they respond, and what they find.
