We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
When an employee works from 8 to 10.30am for a service of 1hour duration with 15mins buffer time after, why doesn't Amelia let the customer book a service at 9.15?
I reckon this is a bug, because even when I set the default time slot step to 1min and try 14, 13, 12 and 11mins of buffer time after, it doesn't work. 10mins work, but this seems as obvious to me as every buffer time between 10 and 15mins should work as well.
Kind regards,
Lukas
Hello Lukas.
I can't replicate the issue on my end. Here're the employee's working hours:
Service:
And front-end:
This is the only employee assigned to this service, and as you can see, the service is bookable from 08:00 - 09:00 and from 09:15 - 10:15.
When I disable "Include service buffer time in time slots" in General Settings, available times show this:
So, maybe that's what you need to enable? If that doesn't work, please provide me a temporary wp-admin (administrator) user, so I can remote in and take a look.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi Aleksandar
Thank you very much.
'Include service buffer time in time slots' is active and thus not the problem.
The site is not publicly accessible in the moment. I'll gladly come back with this issue as soon as it is.
Kind regards,
Lukas
We've got a deal, Lukas
Please let me know as soon as I'm able to access the website, and I'll gladly check what's causing this.
