We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Our calendar is going to be used to allow customers to rent out our specialized rooms. For example, rent out a podcast room on XX date and time for XX amount of hours. We do not need that service to be assigned to an employee and I think our customers will be confused at having to select an employee when that is not the nature of what they are booking.
Hi Carol D Hall,
Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
Our plugin is made for booking appointments and events and like that it is not the best for room booking, but I will explain in details what is possible.
First of all, booking of multiple days is not possible, customers can only book a time slot in one day. If they use recurring appointments or purchase packages of services they will be able to book multiple appointments during the same booking process and in that way book multiple days, but in each day they will need to select one time slot, this cannot be skipped and there isn't an option to just select day without selecting the time.
As for employees, our plugin needs at least one employee connected with services so it can work properly but if you have multiple rooms and you want to allow booking of those different rooms at the same time, you will need to create rooms in the place where our employees are. The selection of employees/rooms can be hidden with a simple CSS code if you don't need it. However, you should know that each employee needs to have unique email address so each room will have also. This can be solved if you plan to use gmail by adding +number before @ for the same email address (like [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]) and then you will be able to save rooms with different emails but all emails will go to the same email address.
I advice you to try our plugin on our demo site here and if you have any question please do not hesitate to ask, I will be glad to help.
Best regards.
